If you can see this page over HTTPS, then:

• DNS resolves to the pubhubs server
• UFW allows 443/tcp
• Pomerium v0.32.5 terminated TLS with a Let's Encrypt cert
• Pomerium routed the request to pubhubs-smoke:80 via the internal container network

This page is served by an nginx container during phase 1 only. Once the PubHubs team provides working hub/client config, set pubhubs_phase=full to replace this page with the real Synapse + Element Web containers.
